Brianna

When we were at camp this summer, Brianna had LOTS of friends. She spent so much time with the counselors (especially the horse counselors!) and there was never a dull moment. When we went to CMI, she made friends right away with the students and always had a girl to run with, play volleyball with, watch movies with or just hang out with. So, when we moved back to NH, she found that she was suddenly without friends! (besides her parents and siblings of course...) She has many friends really, because everyone who meets her loves her, but no girls her own age who have the same interests and goals in life etc. Matt and I have been spending a lot of time in prayer for her that God would send her some good friends who would be an encouragement to her in her walk with God and just lots of fun too! Well, today we saw an answer to that prayer. I had a friend over today that I met last year. She has three daughters and one is Bri's age, another 10 and the other 5. Brianna had SO much fun today! They all put on makeup, listened to music, played games, had a "photo shoot" and made pizza and hot chocolate for everyone to enjoy. Even she was able to see that as an answer to prayer and gave thanks to God for that. And since their mom and I had such a great, encouraging time, we will be planning lots more visits to come :)

God blessed our family so much when He gave us Brianna! She is a sweet girl with a true servant's heart.
