I was a bit discouraged tonight over the difficulty we are having raising our support. Many worries were running through my mind. I was in the kitchen and Brianna was at the computer and I noticed that she was playing a song I had never heard before. It’s called “Never Underestimate my Jesus”. (Check it out on my playlist at the bottom of this page) Although I didn't catch all the words to the song, the chorus caught me immediately. It was an instant source of encouragement. A bit of reality. Can I not look back at all that He has done for us and realize that things are completely under control??? He has not forgotten us. He has not overlooked our upcoming needs. We are where we are today because of Him and what He’s done. We have a God who is absolutely limitless in His power. Not only does He say it repeatedly in His Word, He has proven it OVER and OVER again! I praise God for the power of godly music to encourage and refresh through the Truth it speaks.
“Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us”
