After apple picking, we went to a museum on the property. It's called the Little Nature Museum. There were projects for the kids to do and all kinds of great things. They saw huge hornet nests, lots of taxidermy, touched beaver, deer, fox and racoon skins, learned about minerals and rocks, looked at old Indian relics, listened to bird sounds, identified a bunch of insects and much more. It was a great field trip!
