I can harldy believe that Leah is old enough to be getting fed with a spoon!!! The time did not go by this fast with the other kids. It's funny how things are different the older you get. I mean, I am certainly not "old", just "older". :) When there are nights that Leah is sick or up fussing or times that she only wants to be held or is just difficult, I look at those times differently than I did with the other kids. I know now how quickly the time passes and enjoy each part of her being a baby. Even the nighttime feedings! I look at Brianna and cannot believe that she is a teenager. I so clearly remember her being a baby!! It almost brought tears to my eyes today when I was on the CBD website and saw a plaque that had the verse "Children are a heritage of the Lord and the fruit of the womb is His reward". It hit me so hard that YES they are! Even after a night like last night (when I was up with a sick baby at 10:00, 11:00, 1:00. 2:45. 3:45 and finally at 5:30 when I just stayed up) I could feel so grateful to God for my children. Yes a heritage and yes yes a reward!

awww what a sweetie pie. eating cereal from a spoon!! the time has flown!! and i can remember brianna as a little tiny baby! picking you guys up from the airport for Christmas. she was wearing a litte soft pink outfit. :)
thanks for your encouraging words. i cant wait to be up for nighttime feedings!! easy for me to say now. but i will remember to enjoy every second of it when God blesses me-hopefully someday soon...
