This year, Alissa and I are doing Beth Moore's Scripture memory challenge. The verse I chose to memorize this week is one that I have memorized before but in the past few years when I have tried to quote it, it hasn't come out all together. So, I thought I'd re-memorize it. It turns out it is a very appropriate one for this week. Much has gone on in this household that has made me realize the need for rest. Not just for me, but for Brianna, Matt, Cameron and even the others. So much attacks our mind and we can be awake for hours at night and then stressed during the day with our minds spinning as we try to solve our own problems. I want to live this verse out this week and am praying that my family will too.
