I just said goodbye to my mom after a week long visit from her. I can' tconvey enough how blessed I feel to have her for my mother. I had the best week with her. She took care of me, took care of the kids, cleaned the house, cooked the meals, and I even got breakfast in bed everyday! Mom even made time to take each kid out individually so she could spend alone time with them. They loved it! I feel rested now and ready to care for my family. I didn't take enough pictures. I guess I was too busy resting! But we all enjoyed having mom/nanny around.
Dad came on Thursday- it was great to have him here! I hadn't seen him since last September. It wasn't a surprise that one of the first things he said to Micah was "Jesus first, Yankees second" :) He's probably said that to all the kids as babies! He is always trying to turn my Red Sox fan children into Yankees fans. (He converted Brianna as a small child- she is our only Yankees fan) Don't let his innocent face fool you ;)

Your parents are soooooo cool. I am so glad they belong to me (and to Jesus) (I should say, "Jesus first, me second!") I am so happy they got to be there with you. Just wish I coulda too. =-(
