romans 12:1

I haven't been blogging much for two reasons. One is- we have a stinky camera that only occasionally has batteries in it. Two- my mind has been in a million different places in a million different ways all with a million different emotions.
Anyway, my mom shared a verse with me a couple of days ago that she wanted me to read out of The Message- which is more a paraphrase than a translation.

Romans 12:1 So here's what I want you to do, God helping you: Take your everyday, ordinary life—your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life—and place it before God as an offering. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him. Don't become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You'll be changed from the inside out.

I love the "sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life" part. Place it before God as an offering. Is it that simple?
Okay. Here You go! I'm ready to be changed from the inside out.

Oh, me too!

Million different places, million different ways, million different emotions...completely understand!

And *so* very much with you ~ I'm ready to be changed from the inside out!

(Though I'd very much like to do that *in Virginia*...but that doesn't look much like an offering, does it? *sigh*)
