Christmas afternoon, Matt's parents came over. It was a really nice time that we ended with a little Christmas pageant. Alissa and Cameron were Mary and Joseph, Caleb and Andrew were shepherds and wisemen, Matt narrated and Brianna (as well as Alissa and Caleb) sang. Drew whispered loudly at one point that he was bored-as you can tell by the picture! The whole thing really was precious. Leah was supposed to be Baby Jesus, but after a period of fussiness she had just fallen asleep. So we used one of Ali's dolls :)
Brianna asked everyone to sing Silent Night to end the program and it truly felt like Christmas! What a way to end the day. Our focus right where it should be. On Jesus. "Christ the Savior is born, Christ the Savior is born!"
