"erika's fine baked goods"

When I was in high school, my best friend had her own weekend bakery. It was called Susanna's Fine Baked Goods. I always thought that was so cool! Well, all these years later I had a very mini version of that. (very mini compared to my very talented friend!) Most of my baking things leave a lot of room for improvement but I have a very sweet and forgiving family :)
So here is the result of Erika's Fine Baked Goods:

These pretzels were inspired by my sister Rachelle....

I did this on Saturday hoping that by having this food in my pantry and freezer during the week I will have more time in my days so I can focus on school and housekeeping. This plan is not foolproof. The cinnamon rolls didn't even last until Sunday!

You're so funny - I just saw this post! :) I have no idea how you made so many bread things in one day - your kitchenaid must have been working overtime! Everything looks amazing and so impressive. I hope some of it lasts to the end of the week! :)
